Functional Skills Education Centre Non for Profit is a Croydon‑based organisation providing accessible education, skills development, and employability support for adults and families. We also deliver programmes through satellite locations to reach wider communities.
Our aim is to remove barriers to learning and work by offering practical, confidence‑building opportunities. Our activities include:
• Delivering functional skills and adult learning programmes.
• Providing confidence‑building and wellbeing‑focused support.
• Offering employability guidance and helping people prepare for work.
• Supporting adults facing challenges such as low confidence, low numeracy, long‑term unemployment, or mental health barriers.
• Developing community‑rooted skills pathways in collaboration with local organisations and small businesses.
• Working with schools and community groups to strengthen inclusion and local engagement.
