A free, fully‑funded programme designed to support young people and adults who want to build confidence, gain essential skills, and progress into employment or further learning. This programme is ideal for individuals who do not have GCSEs, formal qualifications, or who have faced barriers to education or work.
Participants can achieve an accredited qualification from Highfield Qualifications, including Functional Skills English (Entry Level to Level 2), alongside a structured Employability Programme that helps with CVs, interviews, communication skills, and workplace readiness.
The programme is delivered online or in person, with monthly intakes, small‑group support, and a welcoming, barrier‑free approach. We work with learners at all starting points, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to progress at their own pace.
