Status Employment has 30 years’ experience in mental health and neurodiversity, supporting people to gain and retain employment.
Our peer support works alongside our employment services and utilises the lived experience or people who are managing and all have overcome their own health challenges and barriers to work.
You will be provided with a combination of 1 to 1 peer support and have access to group activities and workshops where you be supported to develop your understanding and identify your health and employment barriers converting these to workplace assets.
