Smart Works Care Leavers Programme
Women need to have who have lived in care for at least 6 months to qualify for our programme.
The programme allows care-experienced women to access additional clothing and coaching appointments beyond that of our core service, offering more continued support in recognition of the challenges this group faces. Since the launch of the programme, we have supported over 40 care-experienced women with clothing and coaching and 15 have already gone on to get a job!
