Citizens Advice Croydon attend the Community Hub at Age UK, Scratchley Hall, 83 Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 7JH on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month, 10am to 1pm.
We offer a generalist advice service across many aspects of law including:
• welfare benefits
• money and debt
• housing
• employment
• immigration
• relationships and family
• consumer
• tax and utilities
• travel and transport
• education
• health and community care and
• other legal issues.
Due to the nature of the session and capacity we can only see clients with new issues. Returning clients will be encouraged to make direct contact with their current adviser. Clients are seen on a first come first serve basis.
The venue is fully accessible to all with staff and volunteers available for additional support if required.
