Advice Hub at St Alban’s Church

Citizens Advice Croydon - South Norwood Office

The Advice Hub runs alongside the Trussell Trust Foodbank at 1 Whitehorse Lane, South Norwood, SE25 6RD on Thursdays 11am – 1pm. Clients are seen on a first come first serve basis. We offer a generalist advice service across many aspects of law including: 


• welfare benefits

• money and debt

• housing

• employment

• immigration

• relationships and family

• consumer

• tax and utilities

• travel and transport

• education

• health and community care and 

• other legal issues.

   

Please note that you must have a referral for a food parcel - St Alban's Church is a collection point only.


The venue itself is accessible but please be aware there is no wheelchair access to toilets. Staff and volunteers are available for additional support if required.
