Our therapeutic art group offers you an opportunity to explore your thoughts and ideas through creative art projects. Run by a trained therapist, they are particularly suitable for those wanting to improve their mental wellbeing. 

We encourage our members to express themselves through drawing, painting, collages and more.

All materials are provided, all you need to bring is your imagination! 

The art group meets every Friday at 2 pm-4 pm at St Mildreds Centre, Bingham Road, Addiscombe.
