The Path project supports people involved in mental health and criminal justice services to explore employment opportunities. The project raises awareness of lived experience roles and provides practical guidance, qualifications, applications, training and available opportunities. Working with trusts and partner organisations, The Path delivers workshops across prisons and hospitals to help individuals understand and access this pathway into employment. Therapeutic productions CIC is an initiative led by a team of artists, project managers and social entrepreneurs who have chosen to use their skills to assist those from under-represented groups. We advance participation in projects to both upskill and empower communities by creating stories and delivering interventions focused on technical skills, soft skill development (including analytical, teamwork and organisational skills), employability and cultural awareness.
