To relieve sickness and poor health amongst people living in Greater London by providing a local rehabilitation centre for clients with long-term mental or physical illness

To assist in the treatment and care of people suffering from long-term mental or physical illness or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness, by the provision of appropriate facilities, equipment and services that promote health, not normally provided by local authorities.
