Care Leaders Group supports older adults, people with disabilities, learning disabilities and autism. We provide community-led services that reduce isolation and improve well-being.

We run weekly community groups in Croydon where older people can drop in for support, enjoy activities such as chair exercises, arts and crafts, dance, music, and group discussions, and connect with others and local health services.

Our day centre 'CONNECT' is for people with learning disabilities and autism offering a sensory room, singing, music and dance sessions, yoga, chair exercise, cooking club, events and parties.

Our befriending service provides 1-to-1 emotional support, companionship, and help at home with light tasks. We also offer respite for carers, giving families peace of mind while they take a much-needed break.
