Healthwatch Croydon is the independent official patient voice for Croydon. We work to get the best out of local health and social care services responding to your voice. From improving services today to helping shape better ones for tomorrow, we listen to your views.

We are the statutory consumer champion for both health and social care for Croydon at a local and national level. We enable people to share their views and concerns about their local health and social care services. People are able to find information on local health and care services and how to access them.



We have a seat on the statutory Health and Wellbeing Board for Croydon, ensuring that the views and experiences of patients/carers/service users are taken into account. We have a seat on the CCG Governing Body and a co-opted seat at the health/care/housing Scrutiny Committee. We provide feedback directly on services to national inspectors, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
