The Children and Young People's Gardening Project is a new and exciting charity based in Croydon.
The project's aim is to promote the overall wellbeing of children and young people from ages 4 upwards through the use of gardening and garden related arts and crafts. Gardening helps people to relax, can help to build self-esteem, confidence, social skills, learning about life cycles, building resilience and help support overall mental health.
