Aims & Activities
Croydon Mencap is a local charity providing services in Croydon.
Parents in Partnership joined us in April 2021 and is now known as PiP @ Croydon Mencap.

For parent carers of children with any type of disability and/or additional need in Croydon - we provide support and advocacy through our Chill and Chat group (for age 0-5) and PiP @ Croydon Mencap service (for age 0-25). Chill and Chat also provide opportunities to meet other families in our weekly term time group and PiP @ Croydon Mencap also provide information and training workshops.

For adults with a learning disability and their carers and families
we provide support, advocacy, and social events through our Croydon Mencap Support Service.

Also, activities and events through our Clubs @ Leslie Park (Mon-Fri day service) and Active Lives, which includes social clubs on Mondays and Saturdays, and a Healthy Lives group for walking and sports. We also have our Volunteering Buddies Project which is for adults with a learning disability who would like to volunteer somewhere and would like some support from a buddy.

We very much value volunteers that work with us in our activities and services and we welcome new volunteers.
