• Offer free yoga classes as preventative approach to promote good health and regulation of ailments to the members of the local community.
• To promote good health and peace in the local community through yoga and healthy living.
• Strive to create an environment and awareness in departments of Education, Health, Forces, Industry, Business and prisons to adopt yoga philosophy and
principles as a regular and necessary practice.
• To make our future healthier through promoting good health and healthy living
to younger generations by adopting yoga philosophy and principles in schools.
• To make a disease free society through yogic practices.
• To achieve healthy body, mind & soul.
• To get involved with in-depth research to highlight the benefit of yoga practice as a complementary treatment in accordance with the modern medical science, so
that members of our community may benefit and achieve sound health.
• To promote yoga as an extremely effective way to stay healthy and make it
accessible to everybody in the community (regardless of age, gender, colour or
creed).
• To reduce health inequalities between communities, generations and social
divisions by establishing a healthy environment that creates greater
understanding towards diverse cultures, generations, social environments and
religious beliefs.
• To educate and support local communities to adopt a healthy lifestyle that
includes diet and exercise choices.
• To establish Free Yog Centres where on-going classes take place, with
additional provision for residential facilities throughout the world.

The main purpose of EoGH
The main function of the EoGH is to:
• Deliver free yoga classes at highest possible standards and with utmost consideration for students safety and wellbeing
• Identify and train students that may have the potential to become yoga teachers.
• Run workshops on various ailments
• Produce written materials, and take part in promoting yoga
