DWP Jobcentre Plus Croydon provides employment and benefit support to people of working age, helping residents gain the skills, confidence and opportunities needed to move towards and into sustainable employment.

Services include:
·         Work Coaching and Employment Support – Personalised support from Work Coaches to help customers identify career goals, search for vacancies, access training, and prepare for interviews.
·         Job Search and Recruitment Opportunities – Access to local vacancies, recruitment events, employer engagement activities, and the DWP Find a Job service: https://www.gov.uk/find-a-job
·         Training and Skills Development – Information and referrals to employability and training programmes, Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs), Apprenticeships, Bootcamps and other initiatives designed to improve employability and workplace skills.
·         Support for Returning to Work – Tailored assistance for individuals returning to employment following unemployment, redundancy, illness, caring responsibilities, or other career breaks.
·         Health and Disability Employment Support – Specialist assistance for customers with health conditions or disabilities, including access to Disability Employment Advisers and guidance on workplace adjustments.
 
DWP Jobcentre Plus works closely with employers, local authorities, training providers, colleges, and community organisations to support residents into sustainable employment and improve economic outcomes across Croydon.
