SCOPE Charity = Equality for Disabled People

Scope's 'Starting Line' is a pre-employment training programme for disabled people at the start of their journey into work. Seven-week service of two group sessions and one 1-2-1 with their advisor per week. 

Group sessions cover topics such as: confidence & assertiveness, time management, interview skills etc

Customers will also have a mock interview. We will work with you to develop a programme around your career goals and how you can achieve them. Face-2-face or online

Kickstart: One-to-one employment support programme for disabled people who are applying for jobs.

A six-month service: 1-2-1 appointments with advisors, receiving guidance & support around CV writing, supporting statements, interview preparation, etc.
