High-5 Employability Skills Programme: A six-week motivational programme of support designed to assist individuals to access employment, training, or education.

Courses can be tailored towards particular groups, i.e. young people, ex-offenders, etc., or

accommodate a mixed group of individuals. Skills development includes public speaking and the

ability to tailor CVs to better match job profiles.

The objectives of the course are to enable learners to:

• Prepare learners for life in the working world
  
• Teach valuable tips and tricks to make them more appealing to employers
  
• Teach learners how to identify niche markets
