SLaM Homeless Outreach (START)
A small multi-disciplinary assessment team for street homeless people in Croydon. Our role is to engage and assess homeless people with severe mental health problems and other needs and to offer care and support. We do not have access to our own accommodation but can assist with referrals and liaison with housing.

From 10:00 - 16:00, a duty service operates 020 3228 5908, which you can call for advice or information on homeless resources, to discuss a potential referral, to check if a homeless client in contact with your service is known to START.
