Dementia Friendly Wilderness Garden Walk
Join a short dementia-friendly ParkBathe stroll every Monday at 11 am at MHA The Wilderness for a calming forest bathing session (a low walk that includes touch, sight, smell and hearing exercises to relad, connect to nature and others.
Family and carers welcome.
No need to book, just meet at the MHA Wilderness Information Centre 17 Shirley Church Rd, Croydon, CR9 5AL.
Meet at the Information Centre inside the garden which is located to the right of the car park through the gate.
