Current services consist of Falls Prevention, Healthier Lifestyles, Memory Tree Café for people living with dementia and an Information & Advice Helpline, and Personal Independence Coordinator (PIC) service. The PIC service work with people over 50 (typically 8-16 weeks), to help them identify their own personal goals so they can regain their independence.
