Employment Support: Working-age disabled people (E)

SCOPE Charity = Equality for Disabled People

At Scope, we offer online and offline employment support. All of our employment support services are designed for working-age disabled people. 

Starting Line: Pre-employment training for disabled people at the start of their journey into work. 

We will work with you to develop a programme around your career goals and how you can achieve them.

A seven-week service of two group sessions, plus a 1-2-1 with their advisor per week. 

  • Group sessions cover topics such as 
  • confidence & assertiveness
  • time management
  • Interview skills and a mock interview 

Starting Line Eligibility Check

Kickstart: One-to-one employment support programme  for disabled people who are applying for jobs.

A six-month service: 1-2-1 appointments with advisors, receiving guidance & support around CV writing, supporting statements, interview preparation, etc.

Career Pathways:  independent careers advice service for young disabled people. 

Individual Pathway of Support (IPS):  Designed for disabled people looking for tailored employment support.
