Learn skills to identify, understand & help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.

The two-day training will provide you with:

• An understanding of mental health & factors that can affect wellbeing
  

• Practical skills to spot the triggers & signs of mental health issues
  

• Confidence to step in, reassure, and support a person in distress
  

• Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening

Course is FREE, however, there is a £10 Administration Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE)‼️

Please note, attendance on both days is mandatory in order to get the certificate.
