Dementia Support: Memory Tree Cafés

Age UK Croydon

Age UK Memory Tree Cafés are for people living with dementia and their carers to come together and enjoy a welcoming and stimulating social environment. We provide regular sessions with activities for people living with dementia and their carers. 


The sessions are run by project officers and supported by a group of volunteers who are experienced in working with older people with dementia


  • Norbury Hall: Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 2pm-4pm 
  • James Terry Court: Every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 10.30am-12.30pm 
  • Thornton Heath: Every Wednesday 1.30pm - 3.30pm 
  • East Croydon: First Saturday of the Month - 11.00 pm- 1.00pm 
  • East Croydon: Third Saturday of the Month - 1.30pm 3.30pm

Who is eligible for the Memory Tree Cafe?

  • Croydon residents.
  • People with a diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia.
  • People who would benefit from the activities and social environment.
