Come and join a small group on Zoom to explore the benefits of words for enjoyment and for our physical, mental, and emotional health. Writing for wellbeing is about using writing in a gently therapeutic way as a means of dealing with stress and improving wellbeing. You do not need to be a writer to do writing for wellbeing, just able to write. The session will be led by freelance writer, creative writing tutor/mentor and writing for wellbeing practitioner Helen Stockton. The sessions are held fortnightly on a Tuesday from 10.30am-12pm.
