Hear to talk: Free Mental Health Support for Asian residents (18+) who may feel more comfortable speaking to our health champions in their own community setting and language (Arabic, Punjabi, Urdu etc) to explore services available in the borough. We aim to raise awareness of Mental health within the Asian community, acknowledging that it is still a taboo topic within the community:
· Awareness events - (online and community) Workshops – e.g., stress management
· Trained Mental Health Champions
· Expert Patients Programme
