Our emphasis is on concern for each other first and foremost as individuals, not our mental health status.
We are working together with others towards a better understanding of mental health, illness and distress.
We seek to remove the barriers to acceptance and inclusion which are so often a part of our society.
To provide support and pastoral care for people with mental health problems, to promote spiritual and personal growth and to challenge stigma related to mental illness. We have 3 Drop-in Clubs which include a social activity programme with rehabilitation unit, creative workshops and training
