We are a social enterprise, not for profit, busy low-cost counselling service situated in Croydon. We provide a confidential service where clients will be able to explore their thoughts, feelings and current difficulties without fear of being judged.
We are registered with the BACP (in the process of applying for accreditation) and our counsellors are either qualified or trainees who are themselves BACP members, insured, CRB checked and receive individual as well as group supervision.
Client's can self-refer and we also receive referrals from IAPTS, GPs, social services, Age Concern, Shaw Trust, Careers Development Group and other organisations within and outside of the Borough of Croydon.
We specialise in integrative counselling which includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), short-term solution focused, psychodynamic and person-centred counselling.
