All of our groups are FREE to attend, you don’t have to pre-book once you’re registered and there’s no pressure to attend every week. There’s also no pressure to take part in the activity if you come along. You can come and have a chat or a look first, with someone for support if you want. If you do join in, you can sit out for a bit at any time and all of the activities are adaptable if you have anything you aren’t able or wanting to do.
