We aim to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of the croydon boroughs without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the objects of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.

We aim to establish or secure the establishment of a community centre (hereinafter called 'the centre') and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority or person or body) in furtherance of these objects; and to support such general charitable purposes as the trustees deem fit in particular but not exclusively to support charitable purposes in the congo that fall within the laws of england in wales.

To promote the development, integration, relationships and mutual support within the youth and community; develop a sense of self-reliance, community responsibility and cohesion within the community; and empower individuals and families in solving community problems and improving the quality of youth and community life; fight against poverty and its motivations.
