Go Wild With Us UK are offering regular Blissful Woodland Yoga sessions for All Levels.
Sessions are set on Thursday evenings throughout the summer, from 30th May to 22nd August.
Sessions cost £12-£16 each, however for low-income individuals, prices can be dropped to £6.
Block Booking discounts are also available by email.
Arrive 6:30pm for a gentle walk up through the woods to Heartwood from 7 pm start to 8pm.
These classes are gentle, yet robust, nurturing and gently working to bring body and mind into union and balance. Suitable for anyone at any stage on the path.
