Peace in the Park - Forest therapy / meditations, visualisations and Shinrin Yoku -forest bathing in nature.
Starting at 10.30am on Wednesday mornings at Coombe Woods and Gardens, Conduit Lane of Coombe Lane CR0 5RQ - running in courses of five, weekly sessions. Each with a season theme.
Session consists of a variety of guided meditations and energy exercises.
This is a great introduction to time in nature, forest bathing / therapy and meditation. For the more experienced, an opportunity to deepen your experience.
