If you are visually impaired we can help you with a range of services, including mobility support, communication, access to equipment, advice about home adaptation, and referrals to other services and organisations that could help you.
Anyone living in Croydon with permanent and substantial sight loss in both eyes can get help through us.
Your consultant ophthalmologist at the eye hospital will decide whether you meet the criteria. They will complete a certificate of visual impairment (CVI) and will send you and us copies of the certificate. We will then contact you to discuss next steps.
You can request support for yourself or someone else online at www.croydon.gov.uk/adult-health-and-social-care/request-support-adult-0
