Trust Links is an independent charity with more than 20 years of experience in therapeutic gardening and mental health support. The organisation was founded in 2000 to respond to the social and emotional needs of people with mental health issues, and it has grown into a respected provider of therapeutic gardening, recovery classes, social activities, and community based wellbeing projects across Essex.
Trust Links is hosting a free online taster session titled Let’s Grow Together: How to Set Up and Run a Therapeutic Community Garden Project. This webinar introduces their six month course starting April 2026 and offers insights into funding, planning, and designing an effective therapeutic community garden.
