Every Friday the session starts with a service of Holy Communion at 10.30am, followed by tea or coffee and a chat. Then from 11am until about 12.30am there is an informal group which looks at ways in which we can manage our spiritual journey through life. We use an assortment of poems, pictures or ideas that we have found helpful and share our thoughts and feelings about them. All are welcome to join us, whatever your belief, or unbelief!
