The first step would be to complete a 30 minutes telephone assessment where we will ask you a brief outline of your main difficulties so that we can make sure we are the right service for you. You will be booked in this assessment when you call to refer yourself, so you do not have to wait.
You can self refer by completing a form online and then calling the service to complete the process, or if you do not have internet access you can call to refer on 02032284040. You can also ask your GP to refer you.
You maybe able to start treatment straight away. With the support of a clinician who will review your work online or discuss your progress on the phone. This is a simple , effective and quick way to access help.
Monday-Thursday from 8am-7:30pm and Friday from 8am-5pm
