Homelessness: Housing Advice for Young People aged 16 - 21 (HN)

Advice and supported accommodation for 16-25 year olds (must have a Croydon Connection, born, live with family members or relatives living in the borough of Croydon.  


All referrals come from Croydon Council following their assessments. 16-17 year olds will be referred to Social Services via housing services for a joint assessment. Joint assessment meeting to include the young person, any person they would like to support them, the social worker, housing officer and advocate.  All services are provided at Croydon Council Bernard Weatherill House.
