Advice and supported accommodation for 16-25 year olds (must have a Croydon Connection, born, live with family members or relatives living in the borough of Croydon.
All referrals come from Croydon Council following their assessments. 16-17 year olds will be referred to Social Services via housing services for a joint assessment. Joint assessment meeting to include the young person, any person they would like to support them, the social worker, housing officer and advocate.
