Every Tuesday, 10.30-11.15am, join Sue Ashenden from BodyFit for All for a gentle exercise class. 

We all know that being physically active is good for us, but not everyone can take part in walking, cycling or energetic classes, so chair-based exercise could be just what you’re looking for. Staying active can increase your flexibility, strength, co-ordination and circulation, as well as improve your confidence and self-esteem.
