To access your FREE health check come along to our drop in sessions taking place at the Team Croydon Shop, Centrale Shopping Centre on Saturday 12th October, from 12pm.

This is an opportunity to meet with healthcare professionals from TLC, (The Liberty Church) who will offer guidance on how you can improve your health to achieve a better blood pressure, BMI and general healthy lifestyle.

We will offer support on how you can access the various activities and services available in Croydon, to help improve your health.

Please note that our healthcare professionals will not be providing treatment or advice on specific health conditions so if you require this or you are unwell, please contact your GP surgery or visit the nearest walk in centre.
