The Tool and video tutorial support and guide patients to take control of their health and wellbeing . They encourage patients to prepare for their consultations by doing self assessments, write down questions that they want to ask, be actively involved in deciding what treatment to take.
The Welderlies events are a mixed bag of health information and discussion, quizzes, music and above all to bring people together to connect and not be lonely.
