Love to Move is the first cognitive enhancement exercise programme of its kind in the UK. The programme has its roots taken from gymnastics and uses specially designed coordination and bilaterally asymmetrical movement patterns, which are thought to have the effect of increasing a person’s cognitive reserve.
It is a fun, age and dementia friendly seated movement programme done with music (the class is set to a range of upbeat 1940-1950s music). It has physical, cognitive and emotional benefits designed to get you moving more and having fun.
There will be time for chat and refreshments afterwards.
