This is a service provided for all our members who are unable to attend Croydon Vision for any of our activities.

Outreach is for those unable to visit Croydon Vision or in need of short term home support.

With a members or prospective members permission, an outreach officer will visit the member in their own home. They will assess the requirements of the member and may arrange for another member of staff to visit to provide more specialised assistance if required.
