Is to save the lives of young people, promote education and empower young people to succeed.

Our Mission is:

· To promote longevity young people

· To inspire young people to dream BIG and help them to discover their talents

· To support them to achieve their goals and fulfil their dreams

This is made possible through our 3-thematic strategies: LIVE, DREAM and ACHIEVE. Under these strategic plans, young people who are academically challenged and are likely to fall into the web of youth violence are supported through our various teaching support approaches.

We also promote healthy living and mental wellbeing by organising sessions on stress and anger management, drug abuse as well as work and relationship-related stress.

We challenge young people to be ambitious and to dream big. Guidance on goal setting, unearthing one’s natural talent and skill development form integral part of our YOUnique Club in schools and in the communities.

We work alongside professionals especially ethnic black minority achievers in the country and beyond to motivate young people to succeed. Young people who attend our YOUnique Conference draw inspiration from the experiences of these Achievers, learn from their mistakes and best practices.

A big dream without the right attitude leads to failure.

The YOUnique Conference also empowers young people with positive character development tools which are pivotal in building a successful career.
