Why not start your journey to recovery with self-guided reading? Our clinicians can point you towards the right reading material, and we have copies available of all recommended materials in your local library.
You can self-refer by completing a form online and then calling the service to complete the process, or if you do not have access to internet you can call to refer or you can also ask your GP to refer you.
Appointments take place between 8am-7:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-5pm on Fridays
