Revitalise is a national charity providing respite care short breaks and holidays for disabled people and carers.
Carers are welcome to come along with the person they care for and have a proper holiday too, while Revitalise takes over the care.
The expert nursing and care staff at the centres can provide support for people with more than 150 different disabilities, including Alzheimer’s and dementia.
