Qualified Zumba Gold instructor runs two classes at the New Horizon Centre each week on Mondays (1.45 - 2.30pm) and Thursdays (12.15 -1pm). Friendly, welcoming, all ability levels including seated, with excellent music! First class is free, after this £3 per class pay-as-you-go.
