Join our healthy food sessions to learn about eating a balanced diet.

We place people at the heart of the service and offer a wide range of activities. The service is currently available from the following locations:

Croydon Opportunity Zone focuses on social interaction and independence, a friendly environment, relief for carers, positive activities that are centred on the person and involvement in decision-making.

We develop life skills by offering sessions such as yoga, music therapy, football and day trips. We provide culturally sensitive services linked to faith and language. Our adults’ special needs service is open to all and our skilled multicultural staff team have Asian, African and Middle Eastern ethnicity.
