We are taking enrolments now for our next mental health recovery course supporting women who have experienced Domestic Abuse.
This helps survivors process what happened, recognise abusive behaviours and look to the future. Run in small groups with trainers with lived experience, we help break isolation, shame and self blame whilst boosting self confidence and providing the tools for improved mental health.
This course is for women who have experienced domestic abuse and seek support in processing this and moving on. It was created and is delivered with women who have experienced domestic abuse. It is run online so is accessible to attendees anywhere. Although it is not formal therapy, it can be very therapeutic in helping manage mental health and move towards recovery.
Course runs from Thursday 28th May - 2nd July
