As part of the EMHIP (Ethnicity, Mental Health Improvement Project), we offer individual Counselling sessions where you can feel safe, speak openly without judgement and heal at your own pace.
This innovative programme is the result of a powerful collaboration between the Asian Resource Centre Croydon, Croydon BME Forum, South West London Integrated Care System (SWL ICS) South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM). Together, we are working to break barriers and deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive support that meets the unique needs of BAME individuals.
