We’re delighted to be launching Croydon Harmony, a brand new free community choir led by Pegasus Opera Company, hosted at St Stephen’s Church, Norbury and Thornton Heath. 

Croydon Harmony has been created to establish a welcoming, weekly daytime choir for adults in Croydon, open to people of all backgrounds and abilities. The project aims to promote wellbeing, confidence and social connection through inclusive, joyful music-making. 

Each session will celebrate cultural heritage through a rich and uplifting mix of music, from gospel to Caribbean folk songs to some opera and classical music! Everything is taught in a friendly, supportive way - no auditions, no experience required and no need to read music. Just come along and enjoy singing together! 

The choir will also work towards a celebratory showcase performance at the end of March (exact date to be confirmed), bringing together choirs, local artists and professional opera singers!
