CHRISTIANS AGAINST POVERTY (CAP) is National charity with local projects. They provide in-person courses, delivered locally to you, that can help you to learn practical life skills:

CAP Life skills club is a face-to-face, 7-week course supporting residents to get practical skills to help them live well. Learn practical tools to help you live well on a low income every day. You’ll learn practical money-saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget and making money go further.
